Q: What is "organic" K-Beauty? A: We're so glad you asked! It means every product in our collection is crafted with ingredients grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. We focus on pure, effective, and 100% organic formulas because we believe true radiance comes from conscious care.
Q: What does "curated" mean? A: "Curated" means we've done the hard work for you. The world of K-Beauty is vast, so we act as your "expert friend" and trusted guide. We meticulously research, test, and select only the highest-quality organic products that deliver real results. If it's on our site, it's a product we truly believe in.
Q: Why the name "Busan Essnce"? A: Our name is inspired by Busan, a vibrant coastal city in South Korea. It represents the perfect balance of modern, elegant, and natural beauty —a feeling we want to bring to your daily ritual. The "Essnce" is our unique take on "Essence", the heart of the Korean skincare routine.
Skincare & Product Use
Q: I have sensitive skin. Are these products safe? A: Our collection is focused on pure, organic formulas, which are often ideal for sensitive skin. However, everyone's skin is unique. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small, discreet area of skin (like your inner arm) 24 hours before using any new product.
Q: What should I do if I have a reaction to a product? A: Discontinue use of the product immediately and consult your physician or a qualified health provider. While our products are organic, individual sensitivities can still occur. (Please see our Terms of Service for our full Health & Skincare Disclaimer).
Shipping & Orders
Q: Where do you ship from and to? A: We ship from the USA. We currently offer shipping to all 50 US states and to many countries internationally.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: First, we have a processing time of 1-3 business days to prepare your ritual.

For U.S. Orders: Standard shipping is typically 3-7 business days (estimate).

For International Orders: Shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (estimate), depending on your location and local customs.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100! For all other orders, your specific shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Q: A special note for International Customers (IMPORTANT): A: We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes (VAT) that your country may charge. These fees are your responsibility as the customer. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the customs process.
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Q: My package says "Delivered" but I don't have it. What do I do? A: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Busan Essnce is no longer liable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) directly to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We have a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Q: How do I start a return? A: Easy! Just send an email to our team at Pamgmt@busanessnce.comwith your Order Number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you from there.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.
Q: My item arrived damaged! What do I do? A: Oh no! Please contact us at Pamgmt@busanessnce.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your Order Number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
